Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of InvoiceFast ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of the service

InvoiceFast is a web-based invoice generator that allows you to create, preview, and download professional invoices. Free users may generate a limited number of invoices per month. Paid subscribers receive additional features such as unlimited PDF downloads, logo upload, email delivery, and removal of watermarks. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You must not use the Service to send fraudulent invoices, harass others, distribute malware, or engage in any activity that could harm the Service or other users.

No guarantee of uptime

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive to keep InvoiceFast reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss arising from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond what is required by applicable law.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy (our payment provider). Advertised pricing is R79 per month; the amount charged at checkout may include applicable taxes or small differences from currency conversion, as shown on the Lemon checkout and receipt. You authorise recurring charges until you cancel.

14-day refund policy

If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by emailing support@aurastudioza.com with your account email and date of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. After 14 days, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless covered by this policy.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your payment provider or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Free-tier access remains subject to usage limits described on the site.

Right to suspend or terminate accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice where appropriate, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, abused the Service, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a risk to other users or our infrastructure. Abusive behaviour includes but is not limited to: circumventing usage limits, attempting unauthorised access, spamming recipients via email features, or uploading malicious content.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you create (such as invoice details and logos you upload). You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.
